Happy New Year!

Whilst last year was certainly a challenging one for not only us, but everyone around us. If one thing was proved last year is that the Model Railway Community has certainly gained and grown in strength. We can't wait to start planning our exhibition later in the year.

For now some of you may have seen that we put feelers out asking for interest in our mugs that we sold last year at our exhibition.

Well, it’s taken a while but they are here! We now have available a run of mugs & pens.

£10 gets you a mug and a pen posted 2nd class to a UK address, international orders will be at cost.

To order please send us a message on the MAIN facebook page (Not the group page) or email us at modernimageogauge@gmail.com with your order & your address,

We will get back to you with our PayPal account details or other options if need be. Using the message function on the main page is the best way for me to manage any requests rather than have to trawl though responses to this post or clogging my personal FB account up.

Depending on demand it may take me a day or two to respond but I will and will endeavour to get them out to people asap. Given the current COVID restrictions I intend doing one run to the Post Office per week

Hurry though as we only have a limited run of 100! Once they're gone, theyre gone!!

Holding the camera slightly higher than your head so that it's pointing down on you will make your eyes look bigger and help you avoid "pig nose." Here are a few other ideas for finding a good angle.

Instead of taking the picture head-on, experiment with different angles to show off your features. If you turn your head a few degrees to the right or left, your features will appear less flat.
